9. Booking and Service Terms

When you book a service through our website:

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your HVAC system and service needs
  • You agree to be present at the scheduled appointment time
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee
  • Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the property is unsafe or unsanitary

10. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes.

11. Warranty

All work performed by Caspian Air HVAC is warranted for 12 months from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

12. Licensing and Insurance

Caspian Air HVAC is fully licensed and insured to perform HVAC services in California. All technicians are trained and certified professionals.

13. User Accounts

When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
